Suites are priced and reserved on a per night basis. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of each suite, but details are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed until you check in. Suite reservations are not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from the NCGOP Convention Staff.

Vendors & Corporate Sponsors

Your vendor table purchase is an offer to purchase that can be rejected or declined by the NCGOP with a full refund for any reason. Acceptance of an offer does not guarantee the location of the booth purchased or exclusivity of merchandise (i.e. that you will be the only one selling your products or type of products). NCGOP reserves the right to revoke your table and right to be present at the convention for any behavior, sales tactics, or any other reason deemed by the NCGOP, in its sole discretion, at any time. No refunds will be given for any reason after June 4, 2025. Prior to that deadline, refunds are at the discretion of the NCGOP.
